Knowing that my Fuji Instax 210 only takes good photos under the right amount of light and that Icelandic weather is unpredictable, I had some doubts of whether or not to bring this bulky camera and the packs of film in my small backpack to Iceland. Nevertheless I did because I’d much rather regret having a heavy backpack than not having the equipment when I wanted to capture the amazing scenery and memories.
As expected, not all of the photos were great so for the first time on this blog I decided to do some enhancement editing on some of the instant film photos. To take Nat Geo quality pictures was never a priority for me as I know my camera and photographic skills. But touching up a little bit on the under/ over exposed can help me remember the nature closer to how I saw it at that time, which is why I had this instant camera in the first place anyway.
